The Baldwin County Parade of Homes returns this fall with an inspiring lineup of beautifully crafted new homes and custom designs.
From Spanish Fort to Gulf Shores, this self-guided tour is your chance to explore the region’s most talked-about communities — from family neighborhoods to luxury enclaves overlooking the bay.
The event runs November 1–2 and November 8–9, 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM each day. Most homes are free to tour, with one special Showcase Home inviting a $5 donation to support the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center.
