I indulged in The Grand Harvest Board, a flavorful charcuterie board, artfully arranged with a selection of artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and seasonal fruits. Paired with the crisp 2024 Bayfair Sauvignon Blanc, every bite was a delightful symphony of flavors.
For my main course, I enjoyed a classic Margherita pizza with a thin, crispy crust, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and fragrant basil, offering a simple yet delicious flavor profile. A glass of their signature 2021 Ecor Rouge Red Blend, with its blackberry undertones, elevated the meal to new heights.
